We do not recommend using Nuropod if you have a piercing or an earring on your tragus, or a piercing/earring that will obstruct or touch the Nuropod earpiece in any way. We suggest removing the piercing before every use. If there's an open wound or a newly pierced area around the ear, allow the skin to fully heal for several days (up to a week) before using Nuropod.
