How long should I use Nuropod for?

For optimal results, we recommend using Nuropod every day for 30–60 minutes. Ideally, you can use it in the morning or split the time between a morning and an evening session. This routine can help you enjoy better health and an improved mood. However, for sensitive individuals, we recommend starting gradually — from 5–10 minutes in the first 1–2 weeks — and increasing it gradually until it reaches the desired duration.

Nuropod is designed to be versatile and convenient, allowing you to wear it during various activities such as reading, working, cooking, meditating, watching TV, or socializing. Using Nuropod during meditation enhances neuroplasticity, while during breathing sessions, it promotes relaxation and improves heart rate variability (HRV). Before bed, it helps with better sleep, and in the morning, it relieves tension and boosts energy. While working or studying, it enhances focus and learning and reduces tension. Additionally, you can use Nuropod as needed during or after stressful events or workouts to recover faster, during meals for digestion, or for pain relief.

However, please note that we do not recommend using Nuropod while sleeping or exercising for safety reasons. It is important to use Nuropod in a controlled environment where you can monitor its effects. Always prioritize your safety and well-being when using Nuropod.
