Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know that your payment was received. Our fulfilment team will then work on your order, usually within one to three business days. As soon as it's ready, we'll send you another email with your tracking number, so you can easily keep an eye on your package's journey.
You can also ask our Nurobot for help! Just click the black circle at the bottom right corner of the website. Once opened, simply ask "Where's my order?" and enter your order number. Nurobot will quickly provide a rundown of your shipment's status.
