Return for multi-device purchases

Updated this week

Multi-Device Purchase:

Single Device Returns

  • General Policy for Single Returns: If one device from a multi-device purchase proves unsatisfactory, you can return that device alone without affecting the unpaid coverage for the remaining device. The refund will be calculated based on the returned device's specific price.

  • Promotional Offers: Devices purchased under discounts (e.g., a two-device promotional offer) are eligible for single returns. Refunds will reflect the discounted value attributed to the returned device. For example, if you take advantage of a "Buy Two, Get 20% Off" deal, and return one device, 50% of the discounted price of that device will be refunded.

  • Steps for Single Returns: When returning a single device, it is crucial to: - Include the tracking details in the shipment. - Clearly communicate that the return applies to only one device from the order.

Simultaneous or Bulk Returns

  • One Form for All Devices: When returning both or all devices from a single order, you only need to fill out the return form once. Ensure all devices being returned are accounted for within that single submission.

  • Extended Return Window: For promotional purchases, the standard return window of 30 days can be extended by an additional 30 days, allowing a total of 60 days to trial and/or return the devices. This allows both devices to be returned together or separately, according to customer preference.

Key Points to Remember

  • Make sure that all returns, or refund requests are linked to the order number associated with the original multi-device purchase.

  • For promotional bundles, refunds correspond to the discounted price and are subject to standard return policies.

  • Keep track of shipment tracking numbers and clearly indicate returning devices in case of partial returns to avoid delays in processing.
