Returning your Nuropod

Find out about the steps and conditions for returning your Nuropod and receiving a refund.

We’re confident in Nuropod’s ability to support your overall well-being, but we also understand that it might not be the right fit for everyone. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy: you can return the device within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Additionally, Nuropod offers flexibility for special circumstances, including extended trial periods or trial extensions due to unique situations like holidays.

Additionally, users may request an extended evaluation period if additional time is required to make their decision. Feel free to reach out to our team for he needed trial extension.

Start your return process

To begin, you can fill out our return form here. We’ll ask a few questions to guide the return process while also learning more about your experience so that we can improve it for future users. Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll receive an automated email with the final steps to finish the return process. If you encounter any difficulties along the way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team for assistance.

Your Nuropod’s condition

Ensure your device is in its original packaging and in its original condition. This includes no scratches, breakage, or serious damage that may render the device unusable, and it must meet the condition guidelines provided during purchase or trial initiation.

Ship your device to us

Once you’ve filled out our return form, we’ll provide you with a return address where you can send your device. Ship your device to the return address we’ve provided and notify our team of the shipment’s tracking number - that way we can stay on top of the shipment and issue a refund as soon as it has reached our facility.

Include your Easy ID, such as your order number, inside the package for identification purposes. Regional return addresses are as follows:

For refund eligibility, ensure the device is shipped on or before the return deadline as the shipping date is considered key, not the arrival date.

Please also share your shipment's tracking number with us via the link in your email or by reaching out to our support team to ensure the return is processed promptly.

Please note that shipping costs are covered by the user and are not refundable. We don’t have control over the shipping method you choose, nor do we profit from shipping fees.

Receive your refund

Once your device has been shipped and tracking information has been provided as proof, we’ll issue your refund. It should appear in your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For security reasons, we can only issue the refund to the payment method used during the original purchase.
