Your Nuropod’s condition
Make sure your device is in its original packaging and is in fairly good condition – this means no scratches, breakage, heavy wear or any serious damage that might render your device unusable.
Ship your device to us
Once you’ve filled out our return form, we’ll provide you with a return address where you can send your device. Ship your device to the return address we’ve provided and notify our team of the shipment’s tracking number - that way we can stay on top of the shipment and issue a refund as soon as it has reached our facility.
Please note that shipping costs are covered by the user and are not refundable. We don’t have control over the shipping method you choose, nor do we profit from shipping fees.
Receive your refund
Once your device has arrived and passed inspection, we’ll issue your refund. It should appear in your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For security reasons, we can only issue the refund to the payment method used during the original purchase.
